It is an offence, under law, post/use any of my images anywhere else without my express written permission. If you do, and I find out, you will be reported for copyright infringement and action will be taken. The same copyright rules go for any and all photos posted on my social medias and or third-party websites unless otherwise stated.
If you would like to use any photograph of mine, please use the contact page where we can discuss payment if applicable and your rights to use said photo. In the UK, you do not need a permit to take photographs in public spaces. There is no expectation of privacy in a public place, no permission is required to take photos of a person/persons. I am not responsible for any problems that may arise for people/persons because of my photos. Photos of people in public can be used for commercial purposes.
